Sometimes the Storms of Life Are Really Long..

I saw someone else going through some insane times, and it somehow comforted me to know that I was not alone. And when the thought entered my head that, "I must be really doing something wrong... or If only I had done everything right... then we'd be under God's constant protection." But those precious people I was talking about were probably doing everything right and it still happened to them.... so here's a new concept. The storms of life will come. Go through them alone, or go through them with Jesus. God sends help, whether it be through someone else, a "coincidence" or an unexplained miricle. Maybe it is in the form of comfort and peace. Maybe it is a learning opportunity. What ever it is, I know this. God only deals with me in love because I am His. Because Jesus took the punishment for what ever I did wrong, how ever I fell short, and whatever I didn't do right. I am blameless, regardless of what I have done. I am clothed in riteousness, no matter what I wear. So therefore, I have done nothing to warrant punishment or lack of protection. And my God is with me right now. As He is with all of His children. To quote my favorite book series, Twilight: " I went to face my fate with my Destiny by my side." With my God by my side, I can face my fate, or this little insignificant week of destruction. In fact, I may be learning something right now. So here is my week of weakness.

1. I came down with a horrible, itching, aggrivating skin rash on my torso, legs, and groin. It's called Pityiriosis Rosea. It only affects young adults and teens, and who knows why they get it. It is not contagious! So how did I get it? Nobody knows! It lasts for months!

2. Kenzie has massive tooth decay and needs three root canals, three crowns, two fillings, one extraction and a spacer! Yay Kenzie! and that is my fault too! Not brushing good enough and allowing too many snacking periods.

3. Kamdyn got a sinus infection and ear infection. So did our CAT. who spent the night in an animal hospital.

4. Logan got stomach flu and puked so much it took two and a half days for me to clean up all the sheets and blankets, pillows...

5. Kamdyn got it a few nights later and it lasted every hour through the night. Her sheets piled up until she got dehydrated. Now she's free to continue healing from the sinus infection.

6. Kenzie got it the next day. She threw up in the toilet! Wooo! I found out my antibiotic from the skin rash was making me nauseated beyond functioning, so I decided to quit taking it!

7. Justin has the illness today.

8. My washing machine that I have had for a year exploded during a load of towels. I am one month too late for the warranty. Yes, I said exploded. The glass window blew out inside. A washing machine is essential for a house of five with three of those being pigs.
9. The septic tank got contaminated. We had to have it pumped and now things are working fine. and eventually we will cover the big hole.
These things arent' bad, they're just bad timing. All together. It makes you get run down and sad and.... backed up. But I'm happy! Cause some day I'm going to die and never have to think about crap and vomit again!!! I'll be complete.
