Wow it's been a long time!

Well, we have moved. Again. And so that is my sorry excuse for neglecting the blog. Here's a recap. Justin took a job as a lead engineer in Tulsa one year after taking a job in DFW from tulsa. I loved my house and neighbors in Fort Worth and God lead us to an awesome church called the Exchange. It really taught us a lot about real Christianity, not just pretending to be a "church person," but being a Christian. The kind where you sin all the time and are just a real human being needing Jesus to "do it for you." You've heard it before, What would Jesus do. Naaa. Let Jesus do it. Because we can't! It's amazing how this new operating system changes your life. You no longer have to 'try' to be a good Christian and go along thinking, "If I'm good, I'll go to Heaven." Generally good just doesn't cut it, so if we let Jesus be the Lord of our lives, he leads us through the tough times and great times and we just.... let Him. How easy is that? Awesome. God only deals with me in love now, and there is so much freedom in knowing that. Like even when I'm being a horrible selfish monster, he's still there, teaching me. Like a loving parent. Cool, huh?

And so now we are back in Owasso, taking with us a new perspective. I wonder what God has planned for us here! Here is a pic of the new digs. We dig it, anyway! Well, not so much "digging" as mowing, actually. But if you know me, then you know that there will be digging. I have my eyes on a shady bald spot in need of a fabulous gardening makeover!

Logan is on his third school this year. Adjusts well every time! When we were first here, the school in our district was full. So I drove him 20 minutes each way to school and back every day with two toddlers. My Mom #2 and Dad were so good to us while we stayed with them. We love them dearly. When we finally got our house after a four-month loan process ( No thank you to the realocation company) Grump! Oh, where was I... after my sudden angst... So we got moved in and then Logan's school had an opening. So we moved him so he could ride the bus and meet kids in his neighborhood. We recently found out that the schools have been rezoned and he'll be going to a new school next year too!

Kenzie is still miss personality, princess, dancing balerina, fairy, bride. She loves painted nails, curls, jewelry, perfume, and of course dresses. She likes to pray before dinner, and she tells everyone what to say. "Say, Pwincess, did you find a flower?" Yes. "Say, Oh, that's nice." Oh that's nice. Say, Are you awright, Pwincess, did you fawl?" Are you alright princess did you fall. "OH, yes! I did, actually! "say that's too bad." That's too bad.

Kamdyn likes to copy Kenzie's actions. If she hugs Aunt Karen, Kamdyn hugs Aunt Karen. If Kenzie dances, Kamdyn dances. but don't ask her to put on a fancy dress. She is in a constant state of frown, but she is very happy. I'm serious! I don't know why the constant frown. Don't take it personally is all I can say.
